I suppose I have to thank my

P.P.S.A little tip for you to help relieve your back
pain. Stand in front of a chair with
feet together, if you can place your right leg on the chair seat with
your left foot at 45 degrees and your hips level to the chair. As you
exhale, drop the right hip and start to take your body down your right leg
with a concave back, take it easy, use your breath as a
guide.
Count for 30 seconds (or whatever you feel is good for you)
then come up slowly breathing in. Then the other leg, do the same as you
started. You may find that one side is easier than the other, go back and
do the TIGHT side again. Do this every day and you will soon notice the
